p>Spinach Dip

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons Ranch Dressing mix- powder
  • 1 box frozen chopped spinach- thawed and drained very well

Place cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing mix in mixer. Cream with flat paddle. Add spinach mix until well blended. Serve with crackers. This can be made the day before.
