RecipesShrimp Pomodoro with Whole Wheat Pasta - 6 servings
Preparation: Sauté shrimp & garlic in 1/4 cup olive oil for about 3-4 minutes. Add in tomatoes and fresh herbs and sauté for about another minute or so; deglaze with white wine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss in pasta to coat and plate. Top with parmesan cheese. *Chicken, pork or veal can be substituted for shrimp. |
