Grilled Marinated Chicken Breast

  • 1 quart Salad Oil
  • 1/2 quart vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dry oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dry basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon dry tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all above ingredients together.

  • 10 Boneless skinless chicken breast

Pour marinade over chicken breast and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Grill until cooked. Serve with a light Veloute sauce - (Chicken stock thickened with a roux and seasoned)
