RecipesPortabella, Romaine, and Mozzarella on Grilled Bread with Gorgonzola-Bacon Dressing
For the dressing-
For the Mushrooms- Rub each one with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill for 5 minutes each side, Keep warm. Do the same procedure for the bread; reduce grilling time to 1-2 minutes per side. Follow the same procedure for the romaine lettuce. To assemble- Place grilled bread in center of each plate, top with mushroom, tomatoes, romaine, mozzarella slices, basil, and drizzle with dressing |
