Refunds will be not be given with less than 72 hours notice before the date of the class. This policy is to cover supplies for a class based upon enrollment. Classes are $30.00 unless otherwise noted.

Tuesday, July 17th

Table Etiquette - $10.00.
Learn the basics of table service, etiquette, how to set a table properly, napkin folds, and which untensil to use for each course.
Do you know how to serve from the right side of your guest? You will after this course!

Friday, July 20th

Seafood Southern Style.
Learn to prepare the taste of the sea with southern flair.
Hands on class with Chef Jassen Campbell - Limited to 10 people.

Tuesday, July 31st

Healthy Cooking.
In this demo and tasting class take home knowledge of how to prepare delicious, nutritious meals.
Also, learn how fresh herbs from the garden can be used in all your dishes.

Tuesday, August 7th

The Basics of Cooking.
This hands on class takes a look at the first lessons culinary students all master.
Learn the techniques the professionals use in food preparation, knife skills, and cooking methods.
