Kids Culinary Day Camp

Ages 9-14 years old
July 12-July 16, 2010

During the summer of 2010 we will have a kids camp for young chefs to come to our school during the day and learn some fun and exciting things. We will have visiting local chefs and personalities join us in the fun. This will be a day camp and start at 9 AM and end at 2 PM each day.

We will be having hands on kitchen activities each day and the students will be preparing their own lunch along with Chefs and our Culinary Arts students. Different topics will be covered each day- for example- baking, knife skills and vegetable cuts, kitchen safety, table etiquette and many others. The week will end with a lunch for parents and family prepared by the students. Full week’s enrollment fee is only $180.00. This includes all kitchen supplies, real Chef Jacket, Chef Hat, Lunch each day, certificate of completion and much more.

On Friday July 16, 2010 the students will prepare a lunch. Friends and family are welcome to attend. The cost of the lunch is $8.00 per person. Please let us know how many people you would like to bring.
