Kids Culinary Day Camp - June 18-22, 2012 (Ages 9-14 years old)
During the summer of 2012 we will have a kids camp for young chefs to come to our school during the day and learn some fun and exciting things. We will have visiting local chefs and personalities join us in the fun. This will be a day camp and start at 9 a.m. and end at 2 p.m. each day.

Culinary Arts Exploration Camp - June 18-29, 2012 (Ages 16-18 years old)
Explore the Culinary Arts World during our 10 day session of intensive study. Receive training by professional chefs, earn college credit hours, and become a ServSafe Food Safety Manager.

Farm to School to Table - July 23-27, 2012 (Ages 13-17 years old)
Southeast Culinary & Hospitality College and Abingdon Organics Farm - Farming and Cooking Camp
For one week, this garden-to-table-inspired day camp will give budding chefs and future farmers a chance to cultivate a deep connection between growing and cooking their own meals. Days will begin in the morning at the farm, tending to the garden and harvesting produce for the afternoon kitchen session. The week will culminate on Friday afternoon with a celebratory party, prepared by participants for themselves and their parents.
