Cake Decorating - With Pastry Chef Joe
Thursdays, February 18, 25 and March 4, 2010 $110.00 for three classes
A three parts cakes class.   Supplies, tips and colors included.  Student will be required to bring two cakes one for part 2 and one for part 3 that will be decorated and you may take home.
Part 1 - basic butter creams and decorating    
Part 2 - piping skills and flowers
Part 3 - advance decorating with different mediums
