  • Public Classes:
    Find information about our upcoming classes open to the public. These classes are designed to be fun and informational. Classes will change with each semester so check back often for updated schedules.

  • Kids Programs:
    Southeast Culinary & Hospitality College provides several different programs for kids of all ages throughout the summer months. Find information about our Kids Culinary Day Camp and our Culinary Arts Exploration Camp.

  • Class Lunch Menus:
    Lunch menus are available to the public when production classes are in progress. Lunch is served at 11:30 a.m. and costs $8.00 per person (unless otherwise noted). Reservations are required for lunches in advance. Take a look at the current menus and come enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by our future chefs.

  • Class Dinner Menus:
    Dinner menus are available to the public when night production classes are in progress. Dinner is served at 7:30 p.m. and costs are either $8-$9.00 depending on the class (unless otherwise noted). Reservations are required for dinner in advance. Take a look at current dinner menus and join us for an evening of culinary delight.

  • Special Events:
    Special event menus are available throughout different times in the year. Please look here for information concerning upcoming events other than a classes scheduled lunches/dinners. Costs for special events varies based on the type of meal.

  • Make Reservations:
    If you are interested in any of our public classes, kids programs, or lunch and dinner menus let us know here. Simply choose a method of reserving and indicate what type of reservation or program you are requesting. Please note: There are deadlines for making reservations and submitting an on-line form is not a guarantee of participation. You will be notified when your reservation is received and confirmed!
