Culinary Arts Certificate

One-year program leading to Certificate.

Program objectives: The curriculum for the Southeast Culinary & Hospitality College is based on the classical principles, emphasizing progressive techniques and trends. Students are taught in modern kitchens and receive practical experience.

The Culinary Arts program consists of courses covering basic skills and techniques, dining room procedures, baking and pastries, and nutrition.

Students successfully completing this program will earn a certificate. The Southeast Culinary & Hospitality College graduates will be prepared for entry-level positions such as prep cooks and line cooks.
